Refund / Cancellation Request Form
NOTE: Refunds can only be provided to the initial payment form and under the policies listed. If you purchased a ticket directly from an artist, or affiliated website and not through https://tickets.thecantannafest.com , you must contact the vendor who sold you your ticket for any cancellations / refunds. Once authorized, refunds may take anywhere from 7-10 days to appear as a credit, depending on processor and banking institution cutoffs. Tickets purchased after 7/22/2024 are exclusively VIP Access wristbands and are non-refundable. Tickets purchased prior to 7/22/2024 were automatically upgraded to VIP Access passes, but may be available for refunds under extenuating circumstances. Thank you for your continued support.

The request for a ticket cancellation must be from the original purchaser of the ticket. All correspondence related to this request will go through the contact information used when purchasing the ticket.

As stated in the terms and conditions page, refunds may only be issued under specific terms. Please review those terms. Reminder that any VIP Access tickets directly purchased are marked as non-refundable on the event page and in the individual ticket descriptions. Acknowledging all of this information, if you still wish to continue with this request, select the attestation stating you understand the criteria necessary and believe it to be met.
